WELCOME

Basic Information:
We are the Club Softball Team at NC State University. We are part of the NCSA Organization. We belong to the South Atlantic- North Conference. Our current conference consists of other college teams including UNC, Duke,UNCC, Wake, Campbell, and ECU.

Up To Date: November 2008

We just completed our Fall Season. We had triple headers against UNCC and ECU, both of those we won 2 games and lost one. Winning the series against those teams. We also competed in tournaments including UGA Bulldog Brawl, Battle at the Beach @ UNCW and our home Wolfpack Rumble.  We receving first place @ UNCW and our home tournament. Look out for us in our upcoming Spring Semester starting with a Triple Header @ Wake Forest in February!

We held our home tournamet -Wolfpack Rumble November 1, 2 we had very competetive srong teams including UNCC, UVA, FSU, and UNCC. Thank you everyone who came~!

Fundraising: October 2008

We also hosted a 50-50 Raffle and made obout 250 dollars. We are thinking about other things we can do to help raise money to cover our expenses. Tryouts

After two full days of tryouts, we had over 18 girls to try out for limited spots. The decisions were tough but Congratulations to Emily Carr, Jordan Kennedy and Peyton Pressley for making the team. We also added 5 alternates Paige, Tara, Obey, Kelsey and Claire to the team~! Congratulations to everyone, and thank you all for coming out.

2007-2008 Season

WE finished our 2007-2008 season great! We ended up qualifing for the World Series at Middle Creek Park in Cary, NC on April 17-19. After three days of great softball play we had a winning record of 6-2. Which granted us to the title of 3rd in the entire Nation! Congratulations to a great season! We look forward to another successful season next year, starting with tryouts in the fall!

Under $100.00 ---- BRONZE LEVEL
$100.00-$150.00---- SILVER LEVEL -- This level entitles you to an autographed ball, team picture, and recognition on website.
ABOVE $150.00---- GOLD LEVEL -- This level entitles you to the above as well as your name on the team t-shirt.

Volunteering:
Throughout the season we have been collecting cans for the RONALD MCDONALD HOUSE. We also helped with the Senior games which were hosted here in Raleigh.

TEAM GOALS:
1. Qualify for Nationals (win conference).
2. Have high attendance at fundraising and volunteer activities.
3. Develop strong bonds with all the team members and coaches.
4. Raise enough money to cover all expenses if not more, and also to spend it wisely and responsibly.
