NO OFF LIMIT DATES. TOURNAMENT WATERS: Tournament waters will be the Columbia River and all rivers, creeks and canals connecting to the Columbia River. MAY LOCK DOWN ONE LOCK ONLY. Only that water open to ALL public fishing will be considered tournament waters. Any waters closed to public fishing will be closed to this tournament's contestants.
TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION (mandatory): Tuesday May 12, 2009, 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

NOTE: Mandatory Juniors and CastingKids Registration and Briefing immediately following the conclusion of the adult weigh in on Thursday July 23, 2009. (approximately 3:00pm) At the BASS Stage/weigh in area, Columbia Point Marina.
TOURNAMENT BRIEFING: (mandatory) Tuesday May 12, 2008, Dinner at 5:00pm, Briefing at 6:30pm Same location as registration
FISHING LICENSE: Washington License required. If you plan to fish Oregon waters (lock down) you will need an Oregon License also. Non Boaters will need both if they draw a boater that is locking down.
