NORTH ANNAPOLIS SPORTS ORGANIZATION of ANNAPOLIS MARYLAND (NASO)
THE NASO WAY
Come learn to play the exciting sport of Lacrosse with one of Annapolis's premier recreation leagues. We limit the amount of players on a team which means more learning and playing time. We offer new comers to the sport and existing players training specific to their needs to make their game time more fun. We offer teams to do to clinics at University of Maryland and USNA and a host of other opportunities that are available to us through out the area. Our well prepared, dedicated and most of all fun loving coaches have either played the sport or have been through many of the coaches training available to us at the recreational league level, high school level and college level.
Our teams consist of girls from the areas schools such as Rolling Knolls Elementary, West Annapolis Elemantary,Bates Middle, Annapolis Middle, St.Annes, Annapolis Area Christian, Inian Creek, Naval Academy prep school, St. Andrews, and St. Martins just to name a few.
If the player just loves the sport, we prepare them for high school as well as club team
We offer our Scooper program for boys. This program is for boys k-1st grade. we play other area leagues with this level in a tounament style format, This program teaches the players skills, game sense and player sportsmanship.
Call the scooper commissioner Matt Clifford for more infomation on the Scooper program 410-507-1645
We also offer a sticklette program for girls k-2nd grade. This season starts later that the regular season. Practices are on tue/thurs for 1 hour for the month of March. Games then start in April replacing the practice times but still on the same days.
Email the sticklette commissioner, Ellen Hale at NASO1@comcast.net
Most of all we provide an atmosphere of team camaraderie(no matter what school they are attending), sportsmanship, and family involvement. Ask any of your parents about our signature team "cow bells"! Can never have enough
AND
