Take Ridge Road North thru Lyndhurst into Rutherford and down to Park Avenue in Rutherford.
Continue around the circle at the end of Park Ave in Rutherford near the train Station and bear right near Orient Way onto Meadow Road. This is the road that heads down towards the Burger King along the train tracks.
Make a left hand turn under the train trestle onto Hackensack Street in East Rutherford. You will pass Riggens Field, where we play football. Go along Hackensack Street into Carlstadt. Continue thru on Hackensack Street past the stores and deli, pass the Carlstadt Public Library and go to Summit Ave. Make a left onto Summit Ave in Carlstadt and take it a few blocks across town to Jefferson Street. You will see the school in front of you, but make a right hand turn, then your first left and another left around the block onto Washington Street so that you can be in front of the gym entrance. The gym entrance is next to the park area, down the stairs. You will see the large dome shaped gym with lights on, that is where you enter the building. Come down the steps to the gym.
