Welcome to the offical website of the North American Blue hockey team. The team started play in October 2007 and was comprised of law enforcement personnel from across the United States and Canada. Over the past five years, several of the players on this roster have competed against each other at various public safety tournaments. After coming to know one another through the years, friendships were formed by our shared profession, our love of the game, and our desire to play in events that raise money for our fellow brothers. In 2007, the team traveled to Pittsburgh to play in the Trooper Pokorny Benefit Hockey Tournament. After a successful first trip, all of the players embraced the idea of playing in several more public safety tournaments together and expressed the desire to continue with this team. And after adding a few firefighters to the roster, the North American Blue hockey team was formed.
