Welcome to the Phoenix Panthers Home Page!
The Panthers are getting ready for the upcoming season. They have high hopes after finishing fourth last season and earning there first playoff bid in 3 years. So expectations are higher this season. With the return of the pitching staff and new left handed arm Mike Vetter, they look to be even stronger on the mound. Last seasons starting Catcher Zach Pavlisick will be going back to his old team the Bombshells and will be missed, but the Panthers have obtained David Gertz a veteran catcher from the Garden of Gears orginization . He is skilled behind the plate and looks to have a strong stick. Two new additions to the outfield look to strengthen the club defensivly and add some more speed. The Panthers look forward to the season openner on June 7.
