You must click the Coaches Packet link above and review all downloadable documents. You will need to print your schedule, pitching affidavit, etc. These documents will be your official coaches packet - you will not receive a packet at the tournament.
ADMISSION FEES AND FREE ENTRY FOR COACHING STAFF: Admission of $5 per adult and $3 per child will be charged at high school venues. Each team manager or coach needs to send an email to ystokes359@aol.com with up to four names of rostered and uniformed adult coach/managers for free entry to the tournament venues. Coaches and managers will need to sign in with gate staff upon arrival for free entry.
GAME DAY: Please check in with your site director one hour prior to the start of your first game and be ready to play forty-five minutes prior to the scheduled start of each game of the tournament. Please be advised that for sanitary reasons, we do not provide community water coolers in the dugouts. Team coolers are allowed in dugouts so that you can properly care for your players during games.
