Thank you for your interest in our tournaments. Please download an entry form, complete it and mail it along with your check to the address on the form. You may also register at www.usssa.com. Please send an email to USSSA Tournament Director Yancey Stokes to notify him of your entry as entries sent via USPS go to our treasurer Willy Richburg. Send your email to ystokes359@aol.com . ALL SCHEDULE REQUESTS MUST BE MADE IN WRITING TO YSTOKES359@AOL.COM AND ARE HONORED ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS IF THE TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE ALLOWS.
Important! You will not receive a coaches packet at the tournament! You must click the Coaches Packet link above and review all downloadable documents. You will need to print your schedule, Tournament Contact Sheet and FOUR COPIES OF PITCHING AFFIDAVIT. You must complete, obtain opposing coach's signature and submit an affidavit after each game to your site director. These documents will be your official coaches packet. Please complete and turn in your Tournament Contact Form to your site director at check-in.
Please make your team aware of the following information before the tournament:
Schedule: Schedules will be posted on Wednesday night prior to the tournament. Schedule is subject to change so it is necessary that you check your schedule page daily for changes and possible tournament updates.
ADMISSION FEES: Admission of $5 per adult and $3 per child will be charged at all venues. Up to four (4) coaches, managers and/or scorekeeps per team will be allowed free entry and must sign in with our gate staff prior to each game.
Water in Dugouts: Please be advised that for sanitary reasons, we do not provide community water coolers in the dugouts. Team coolers are allowed in dugouts so that you can properly care for your players during games with the beverages of your choice.
