Alec Bradley
Comeback Player of the Year
The Comeback Player of the Year Award is given to the player who works hard in the off-season and does whatever it takes to make himself better to help his team. This player has had decent seasons in the past but came back this season to have a great season. A Comeback Player either works hard to get better at his current position or learns a new position to help his team and does so with great skill. This player also shows great athletic skill but also grows in his baseball knowledge and his maturity over the previous season.
This player shows determination and the desire to be a great player. Players like this are a coach's dream.

Zack Carnes
Mr. Big Award
This player always gives a big performance when his team needs him. This player steps up at the plate or on the mound or in the field in big situations. This player shows toughness by stepping up and giving a big performance when it really matters. He may not be the flashiest player on the field but will do whatever his coaches ask of him to get the job done for his team. Every team needs players like this.

Ryan Drake
Charlie Hustle Award
Named for Pete Rose, this award goes to the player who gives everything he has every time he puts on his uniform. This player’s batteries never run down and he plays the game harder than anyone else on the field. This player always takes the extra base, sticks his body in front of any baseball and played through injuries. It takes guts to take the mound in clutch situations and this player does it with success. This player does whatever it takes to get the job done. Any coach will love having a Charlie Hustle.

Matthew Horton
“The Gamer"
This player shows up to play everyday. This player plays hurt, plays hard, gets dirty and gives himself up for his team. This player has the mentality that he should have the ball on every play and should make every play. This player loves to practice and play and it shows. This player makes other players around him better. This player's coaches know that he can be counted on to give all he has on every play. This is the kind of player a coach loves to have.

Joseph Huff
All Around Award
This award is given to the player that could play whatever position his coaches asked of him. This player had to be able to play any defensive position, pitch, run bases with skill and hit. This player takes on new positions and molds himself into a player that his team needs. Whenever his team needed him, the All Around player stepped up. This ability to play all positions will take a player a long way in baseball.

Christian Johnson
The Rock
This player is as solid as a rock. This player can be counted on to do whatever it takes to help his team. This player can lay down a bunt, take a walk, hit a home run, make a diving catch, make a routine play, or sit on the bench….it doesn't matter. This player can do it all with the same attitude and demeanor. This player is smart and knows the game and gives his all in every situation. This characteristic will take him far in the game of baseball.

Joseph Leal
Iron Man Award
Named for Lou Gehrig and Cal Ripken, Jr., this award is given to the player who never wanted to come out of a game. The player to whom this award is given must be tough and have an extreme desire to compete. Injuries, bumps and bruises could not keep this player down as he doesn't let anything keep him out of the game. This player played in just about every game this season, gave of himself by playing many positions just to be in the lineup and is the kind of player a coach loves to have.

Chase Mason
The Natural
This award goes to the player who is a natural at the game of baseball. This player just gets it. This player knows what to do at the plate. This player gives his team a great effort every time he takes the mound. This player is always ready to take the ball and never wants to come out of a game when he is pitching. This player knows what to do with the ball every time it is hit to him. This player runs the bases smartly. This player understands naturally what it takes to win in the game of baseball.

Payton Meadows
Fierce Competitor Award
This award is an award that a coach loves to give out. Not only does a player have to have athletic ability but a good player has to have the inner drive to be a winner and do whatever it takes for his team to win. Mental toughness, inner drive, desire, ability are all characteristics that make a Fierce Competitor. This award is given to the player who stepped up and had big performances when his team needed him most. Whether it was a big hit, or a big defensive play, this player answered the call.

Brandon Wilson
Donnie Baseball Award
Named after Don Mattingly, this award is given to the player who works hard every time he puts on the uniform. This player is expected to master many defensive positions, to do whatever it takes to be successful at the plate and to be a smart base runner. He always comes up with a big league performance when his team needs it most. This award goes to the player that did that for his team.
Donnie Baseball is always ready to play, always has a dirty uniform and does whatever it takes to make his team a winner.

This award goes to the player who is tough and gutsy. This player gives of himself mentally and physically to help his team win. This player’s statistics may not always be that great because he plays tired and hurt but that does not matter to him because he gives up himself for the team.

This player shows great potential every time he takes the field. At the plate this player has the potential to make something exciting happen with every pitch thrown. In the field this player has the potential to make an outstanding play on every pitch thrown. On the bases this player has the potential to create offense and disrupt the defense. This player is exciting and gives his team the potential to win.

This player shows up to play everyday. This player may be sick or hurt but plays on. This player is always the first to get to practice and is always the last to leave. This player loves to practice and play and it shows. This player makes other players around him better. This player's attitude is infectious.

Just like in the Major Leagues, this award is given to the pitcher of the year. This player does not always have his best stuff but seems to always come up with a big league performance when his team needs it most. This player is always ready to take the ball and never wants to come out of a game when he is pitching. It takes guts to take the mound in clutch situations and this player does it with success.

Ryan Ruiz
”Fireman Award”
This award was named for Dennis Eckersley when he was at his prime and could not be touched as a closer. The player that gets this award had the task of coming in and closing the door on opponents late in the game and did it with skill. It is a pressure filled environment and a closer has to be physically and mentally tough. A good team has to have a good closer and the Fireman is a friend to all starting pitchers.

”Mr. Athletic Award”
This award is given to the player who impresses everyone with his athletic abilities. This player has a flare for making dramatic plays, usually in clutch situations. Whether playing defense, hitting or running the bases, Mr. Athletic helps his team by making the routine play and, many times, making a play that most think is not possible.

Kyler Young
"Big Stick Award"
The Big Stick Award is an award given by Rawlings each year to the top Collegiate Hitter. Our award goes to the player who always seems to step up when his team needs a big hit. A good hitter does not hit every time he steps up to the plate but good hitters always seem to get a big hit when it is needed most and this award goes to the player that did that for his team.
