Great Lakes Coed Soccer LeagueThis is our parent league coordinating recreational-level youth soccer in West Michigan and is a member of the Michigan State Youth Soccer Association (see separate link), which, in turn, is a member of US Youth Soccer, a branch of the US Soccer Federation.

Michigan State Youth Soccer Association (MSYSA) is a member of US Youth Soccer, which is a branch of the US Soccer Federation. Excellent resources for parents, coaches, administrators, referees, and players, too.

United States Soccer Federation
MSYSA belongs to USSF, specifically to its US Youth Soccer branch. USSF governs soccer nationwide, including overseeing Major League Soccer and all US national teams. Excellent resources for coaches, players, and referees.
FIFA - International Federation of Football Associations
FIFA is the worldwide body governing soccer (aka "football" everywhere else). It is the largest international sport governing body and manages the World Cup, the most widely-watched sporting event worldwide. Many excellent resources on this site.
Muskegon High School Big Red Boys Soccer
Nelson Field, home of Muskegon Soccer Club, is also the home of the Big Reds of Muskegon High School. Boys varsity and junior varsity soccer is a fall sport. You can find their schedule at linked web address. It's a good idea to expose young soccer players to a living picture of competition at the next level, so consider taking your son or daughter to watch a varsity game at Nelson Field.
