The Metro Milwaukee Fastpitch League (MMFL), an unincorporated nonprofit association, was formally organized in 1991 to provide fast pitch opportunity to the girls of Southeastern Wisconsin. The MMFL is perhaps the strongest, most competitive Junior Olympic fast pitch softball league in Wisconsin.
