Thanks to all the baseball players (ages 9-12) who attended our tryouts these past two weekends. The managers for the majors, minor and farm divisions are selecting players this week. Your new manager will be contacting you soon!

Registration for players league age 5-8 (rookie and teeball) continues throughout February. You can register online or mail in your registration (see directions below). Register early to guarantee your spot!

Registration for girls' softball and the boys' juniors/seniors/bigs program is also still open.
REGISTRATION FEES
TEEBALL (ages 5-6): $50 (no additional fee)
ROOKIE (ages 7-8): $75 + $50 volunteer opt-out fee
FARM (ages 9-10): $135 + $50 volunteer opt-out fee (REGISTRATION CLOSED FOR BOYS)
MINORS (ages 9-11): $135 + $50 volunteer opt-out fee (REGISTRATION CLOSED FOR BOYS)
MAJORS (ages 10-12): $150 + $50 volunteer opt-out fee (REGISTRATION CLOSED FOR BOYS)
JRS/SRS/BIGS (ages 13-18): $150 + $50 volunteer opt-out fee
**Note: Save yourself $50 by volunteering! If you send us your volunteer paperwork with your registration documents, you do not need to pay the $50 volunteer opt-out fee. If you are unable to volunteer this year, the additional $50 fee is required.**

Missed the in-person registrations?
- Go to the "handouts" section and download the 3 registration documents: registration form, medical release and concussion waiver.
- If you're planning on volunteering, go to the "handouts" section and download the 3 volunteer documents: volunteer application, volunteer agreement and WaState Patrol background check. (You'll also need to send in a copy of your driver's license.)

If you registered online and would like a $50 refund per player (not including tee ball), fill out the forms listed below and send back to our league. Once we verify your online registration, the league will send you a check.

Mukilteo Little League is putting the call out for anybody interested in Managing a Baseball Team for the 2010 Spring Season. If you would like to Manage a team (assistant coaches will be selected later) then please send an email with all necessary completed forms to League President Steve Shriver at shriver@wcfp.com.
Be sure to download the Official Letter of Intent form as well as the Volunteer Application and Washington State Background Check Form from the Handout Section of the League Website. Applications received after 1/25/10 will not be accepted. You may mail the completed paperwork to Mukilteo Little League, PO Box 1058, Mukilteo, WA 98275. Note: All COMPLETED paperwork must be recieved by 1/25/10 to be considered.

Players new to the league must provide a copy of a state-issued birth certificate to verify age. All players are required to provide proof of residency.

COST
• Minors (ages 9-11)—$185
• Majors (ages 10-12)—$200
• Jrs./Srs./Bigs (ages 13-18)—$200
• T-ball (ages 5-6)—$50
• Rookie (ages 7-8)—$125
• Farm (ages 9-10)—$185
All divisions except T-Ball include a $50 volunteer opt-out charge (see below). Sign up to be a volunteer and that $50 will be discounted at the time of registration (online registrants will be mailed a refund). Family pricing is available.
VOLUNTEERING
Did you know you can reduce your league fee by $50 simply by agreeing to help out with any of the many many different jobs/projects we have in running the league? It's a great way to save some $$$ and also a GREAT cause!
Mukilteo Little League has been an all volunteer organization for 53 years. We count on parents, grandparents and friends of the league to volunteer and ensure that the league provides a high quality experience for your athlete. In lieu of volunteering hours you are welcome to select a “volunteer opt out” option. The cost of this option is $50 per family for all leagues except T-ball.

If you're thinking about umpiring this year, this clinic is a must have. Hosted by District 1 Little League you will learn valuable information on how to umpire Little League games. Special Attention to "Beginner and 2nd Year Umpires" this clinic is open to anyone and Parents & Coaches are strongly encouraged to attend.
