Welcome to the web site of the Thunder Bay Mountain Baseball Club. The Thunder Bay Mountain Hawks will be back for their ninth season.

The Thunder Bay Mountain Hawks was founded by Dan Gelmich and began baseball operations in the fall of 2002. In 2003 the Mountain Hawks took the field for their inaugural season and competed in the Thunder Bay Senior Mens League as well as traveling to several tournaments throughout North America.
The Thunder Bay Mountain Jacks was also founded by Dan Gelmich in the spring of 2005. The Mountain Jacks have had much success the last couple of years, including winning the Ontario Baseball Association Bantam A Championship in 2006 and in 2008. Many Jack's players go on to graduate to the Mountain Hawks ball club.         

We all have dreams and dreams can become a reality. Part of the Thunder Bay Mountain Baseball Club Mission Statement is to provide a venue for the young men of these ball clubs to pursue the dream of playing baseball for an American or Canadian college or a Canadian National/Provincial team or a Major League baseball club.
