National Championships2004
The Edmonton Gators traveled a long way to compete in the Tournament Of Champions. Although they handled most of their opponents fairly easily over the weekend, they would run into a very determined Montreal squad in the finals.
With their high-powered offense, the Montreal Raider Nation put up some impressive numbers throughout the tournament. In their championship meeting with the Gators, they needed all of the offense they could muster. Both teams put on a dramatic offensive display, exchanging touchdowns as quickly as referees could blow their whistles. Its safe to say that spectators got their moneys worth.
As well as both teams performed in this outstanding match up, it would be the mighty Raider Nation coming out on top. With a 38 to 30 decision, the boys from Montreal were crowned Canadian Champions. Congratulations gentlemen!
