Registration Forms
MYSA Registration Forms can be picked up at the Harper Law Office at 426 West McCloy Street between 8:00a.m. and 5:00p.m. starting July 28th until August 23rd.

British Soccer Camp
MYSA will announce on this website and www.monticellolive.com as soon as we know the dates for the British Soccer Camp for the Summer of 2009.

MYSA Registration
MYSA will be having soccer registration at the Harper Law Office at 426 West McCloy Street on Saturday, August 16th starting at 9:00a.m. until 2:00p.m.

Saturday, August 23
MYSA Late Registration
MYSA will be having MYSA Late Registration on Saturday, August 23rd at the Harper Law Office at 426 West McCloy Street from 9:00a.m. until 2:00p.m. This is the last day to sign up for soccer. MYSA must recieve your registration form and payment by August 23rd in order to place your child on a team.
