Celebrating Our Silver Anniversary - 25 Years of Warcat Softball!

Welcome to the home of the Missouri Warcats Fastpitch Softball Organization.  Established in 1988 by Jim Lowry and Gary Harris, the Missouri Warcats are one of the oldest, most respected and recognizable girl’s fastpitch softball clubs in east central Missouri.

The Missouri Warcats Organization has helped teach and develop the softball skills of over 1,500 young women as a not for profit entity.  Since 1988, the Missouri Warcats Organization has managed over 200 teams.  These teams have helped a number of young women obtain secondary education scholarships and numerous other career opportunities through a network of volunteers who dedicate their time and passion for the sport.

The Missouri Warcats Fastpitch Softball Organization’s mission is to teach its players valuable life lessons such as teamwork, discipline, commitment, self-sacrifice, perseverance, and fair play.  As we begin yet another season we remember that we are all looking to make a difference in our own children’s lives as well as providing these basic principles to other members of our community.  The goal of the Warcats coaching staff is for each player to reach their full potential as players and teammates.  We welcome all players that are willing to work to make themselves and our club the best.

Please scroll down to the bottom of this page for contact information for each team.  Thanks!

Sadly, Jim Lowry lost his battle with diabetes and pulmonary fibrosis on August 24, 2011.  Jim was a rare individual who spent his adult life dedicated to youth sports and his Warcats.  Click here to see a newspaper article from the Warren County Record newspaper about Jim .  The entire Warcat family misses his presence.

16U Warcats Place 3rd at National Tournament

2013 16U Warcats

The 16U Missouri Warcats topped off their winning 2013 season with an impressive 3rd place finish in the IFA/VTD Texas World Series.

The incredible teamwork of this awesome group of young ladies was clearly identified by all spectators, both existing fans and newly won-over local fans.  The ‘never say die’ Warcats finished 7 and 2 with a 5-game run on the final day in the Texas heat which included 2 exciting victories won with walk-off hits on the final out, in addition to a diving catch to save another thriller.  Key contributions were made by all as the Warcats outscored their opponents 77 to 51, with the team batting nearly 0.400 for the series, along with solid pitching against fierce competition and unexpected catches and plays.  Congratulations girls for keeping up the Warcat spirit!
