ASA Championship Roster Form

This form must be used for your rosters. It does not need to be signed by your district commissioner. Please fill it out & turn it in when checking your team in at the tournament.

Teams may play up an age group in both tournaments.

Berths from the April 18-19 tournament will not be awarded until after ASA State is played.   Rosters will be frozen on June 25.
