We also our looking for volunteers women and men We our a year around program 12 month out of the year 2008 / 2009 registration forms can be picked up at our office Monday thru Fridays Age groups: U-05 - 08-01-2003

I understand that the time commitment to this team is for one year.
I understand that my child is expected to be at 80% of practices and 80% at games and if he or she does not attend the minimum amount of practices and games, he or she could be asked to leave the team.
I understand that the financial commitment to this league for one year is $ 100.00
I understand if my child is not registrar for any reason or my child is asked to leave the team or league for discipline reasons, fees will not be refunded.
Your fees will cover this events and the MYSL will cover the other 50% of the cost to play year around
