Milwaukee Men's Fastpitch Rules:
Courtesy runners for pitchers/catchers with two outs. NOT allowed to steal
Non-roster players must bat after rest of players on roster bat
Stealing is after the ball leaves the pitchers hand
10-run rule after 5-innings
1:20 time limit- No new inning can start after this unless tied. If tied go to international tie-breaker
