     You would be responsible to monitor all workers, make sure there is enough food ready for sales (our hired kitchen staff does most of this), work with the food service crew, in charge of the concessions area, help clean-up.  You would not have to be at the concessions for any specific shift work, unless they are really busy or someone does not show up.  You would work with the tournament chairs to help and/or assist when needed.
