- Registration will begin 1/2 hour before each tryout. You will need to fill out & turn in these 3 forms before you are allowed to tryout for any Milton Aces Volleyball Club team. You may bring your forms with you and turn them in at your tryout.

Please fill out and bring these forms with you to Tryouts. These are the forms you need to have filled out for membership in Badger Region. Badger Region Volleyball is our governing body. If you have been a member of Badger Region in the past please go to www.signuptoplay.com and update your membership form and then you can print it out and it will be filled in for you. We prefer the forms be printed this way as it is easier to read than handwriting. Thank you!
We do not require the Social Security # to be filled in on the forms.
