Blue Marlins Swim Team: Welcome

Note #1:  Dinner/Awards/Wave Pool 

Just wanted to remind everyone to please bring bug spray, chairs or blankets to sit on.

Wave Pool from 8:30pm to 10:30pm

Attached is the volunteer schedule for the Marlin's meet on July 2nd at the Bay Forest Pool.

Please look at the assignments carefully and contact me, Mary Norlin, if...
 
 -  you are scheduled to work a shift and will not be able to cover it.
OR
-  you are attending the meet and are not scheduled to work a shift
OR
 - you are willing to work an extra shift to fill in, if needed

In order for this meet to run smoothly, every family attending the meet will need to work at least one shift.  There are several families that are scheduled for two or even 3 shifts for this meet.  Please keep in mind that if you were unable to fulfill your volunteer committment at prior swim meets, another family had to work more than one shift to cover.  

FRIDAY NIGHT SETUP VOLUNTEERS - Meet Rick Enk at the Brook Forest Pool at 7:30pm to load the trailer.  Some equipment is stored there and will need to be transported to Bay Forest Pool to be set up.

SATURDAY MORNING SETUP VOLUNTEERS - Meet Chris Diaz at the Bay Forest Pool at 6:00am.

TAKE DOWN VOLUNTEERS - Check in with Rick Enk after the meet is finished.  Some equipment will need to be loaded on the trailer and taken back to Brook Forest pool to be put into storage there.  Please follow the trailer to the Brook Forest pool to unload the trailer.  

EARLY CONCESSIONS VOLUNTEERS - Meet Eric and/or Rebecca Striesfeld at the Bay Forest pool at 5:20am.

A big THANK YOU to everyone for your volunteer efforts.  The Blue Marlins Swim Team is a volunteer run organization and we couldn't do it without parents who are willing to put in the extra effort for their kids.
