It's time to register for the 2013 Football and Cheerleading Season!!

Click on the link to register your child(ren) anytime before 8/14/13!! 

Please note that there will be a late fee of $25 after 8/5/13

Who: Football Players and Cheerleaders Ages 5-12 (as of June 30, 2013)

REGISTRATION FEES:

• Flag Football (Ages 5 & 6): 
  • $50 (1st child) $30 (each add’l. child)
  
  
• Tackle Football (Ages 7-12):
  
  • $100 (1st child) $80 (each add’l. child)
  • $100 Equipment Deposit due at Equipment Hand-Outs in August (This will be in the form of a separate check post-dated for Nov. 30, 2013 that will only be cashed by MBAA if equipment is not returned by Nov. 30)
  
  
• Cheerleading (Ages 5-12):
  
  • $100 (1st child) $80 (each add’l. child)
  • $100 Equipment Deposit due at Equipment Hand-Outs in August (This will be in the form of a check post-dated for Nov. 30, 2013 that will only be cashed by MBAA if equipment is not returned by Nov. 30)
  
  
• Mandatory Fundraiser:
  
  • $50 per family (10 Dairy Queen discount cards that can be sold for $5 each). If you register online, you will be contacted when cards are ready for pick up.

ATTENTION ALL VOLUNTEERS:

All coaches (flag and tackle, head coaches and assistants) AND team moms are required to renew their clearances this year at a cost of $12. Anyone without current clearances will not be permitted to volunteer - no exceptions. Going forward, everyone will need to renew their clearances every 2 years. Because we have moved to an online system, all clearances must be obtained through AVerity. Click the link below to apply:
