Did you miss registrations? Don't worry - you may still register your child for the 2012 football or cheer season. Simply click on the "handouts" link to the left and print out the forms. Mail your completed forms along with your check or money order to:

All coaches (flag and tackle, head coaches and assistants) are required to renew their clearances this year at a cost of $12. Anyone without current clearances, will not be allowed to coach.  Click the link below to apply:

ARE YOU READY FOR SOME FOOTBALL........

It's soon time for the 2012 football and cheerleading season. All children in the Mifflin area who are between the ages of 5 and 12 (as of June 30, 2012) are eligible to play.

When:               Thurs May 10, 2012 from 6-9 PM AND Sat May 12, 2012 from 9am-12 noon

Where:              Middle School Cafeteria

What to Bring:    Insurance and medical information, and a copy of the child's birth certificate if this is his/her 1st year

Registration Fees:

     Flag Football (ages 5 & 6)

          $50 (1st child) $30 (each add'l child)

     Tackle Football (ages 7-12)

          $100 (1st child) $80 (each add'l child)

          $100 Equipment Deposit due at equipment hand-outs in August

     Cheerleading (ages 5-12)

          $100 (1st child) $80 (each add'l child)

          $50 Equipment Deposit due at equipment hand-outs in August

     Mandatory Fundraiser

          $50 per family (10 Dairy Queen discount cards that can be sold for $5 each)
