Monday, October 19Christie's Crew 4 the Cure
Christie Watson is a 31 year old daughter, sister, wife, mother of 3, and a great friend. She has been diagnosed with Stage 4 Breast Cancer. Christie received her diagnosis back in March of this year. She was a Stage 2 at that time. She has already undergone surgery and is in the process of Chemotherapy. At the end of May, Christie was informed that her Cancer had progressed to Stage 4.
Christie’s cancer is very aggressive and currently there is no cure. Christie’s Crew 4 the Cure is a team of friends and family members that have come together to raise money to help the Watson family. We participated in the Race for The Cure walk in April and held a few other small fundraising events over the summer.
Christie’s Crew 4 the Cure is going to host a Benefit honoring her, Sunday November 1, at Trading House Bar & Grill in Waco, Texas, starting at 11:30am. We are asking for donations for Silent Auction Items.
If you are able to donate something please submit your donation by October 19th. We hope to raise money to help with continued cost of medical bills incurred during her treatment.
