Phast 4 is a comprehensive four-phased program designed to help athletes in all

| Each session lasts 8 weeks and consists of two 90-minute sessions each week. |

| Sessions begin on the 1st & 3rd Monday of each month. |

| Sessions take place on Monday & Thursday evenings beginning at 5:00 PM & on |
| Saturday mornings beginning at 9:00 AM. |
