  Code of Conduct

PRACTICE - Practice is the most important part of building a TEAM. Without practice, your teammates can't learn about you and you can't learn about them. It's learning the right route to run, the right hole to hit, the right block to make, the right scheme to use. It's how we put the parts together to become the championship team we want to be.

As a player, it is your responsibility to get to practice. Practices are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30PM. That means PADS ON at 6:30PM, not show up at 6:30PM. If you are going to be late or cannot make it to practice, then it is your responsibility to call a coach by 5:00PM. If you do not call, you will be considered absent. Absences count against playing time. Work related issues will be dealt with on a case by case basis by the coaching staff.

If you cannot make the commitment to the team during the week, you cannot ask the team to make the commitment to you on game day.

PLAYER CONDUCT POLICY

  • Any player who does not conduct themselves in a professional manner during practice, games, community fundraisers, etc. will be subject to disciplinary action. (i.e.- excessive cursing, disrespecting or disrupting coaches, fighting, verbally or physically abusive with teammates and opponents, THROWING OF EQUIPMENT, abusing an official, etc.)

  • All disciplinary sanctions will come from the coaching staff and WILL BE FINAL.

  • Types of sanctions could range from a 1 game suspension to dismissal from the team.

  • Any player who is being sanctioned will have an answer within 24 hrs of what the sanction is.
