Training Tip
To improve your fitness level and your ball skills, it's a good idea to get your soccer ball and go through our Coerver ball drills three times a week; especially on the weeks we do not practice. They are listed below:
1. Foundation
2. Step over outside
3. Inside chops
4. Outside chops
5. Inside 360's
6. Outside 360's
7. "L" move or "Pull-pivot-push"
8. Pull behind standing leg
9. Random dribbling - changing your direction and speed several times
Do these drills 2 times for 30 seconds each; resting or stretching between sets.

In the President's Cup, MSA had 18 teams that entered in the U10 boys division. Meridian United came in 2nd place.

Practice
We will practice on Wednesday, May 30, at 4:00. We will be at the Jaycee Complex. Please make every effort to be at this practice. We ony have a couple of weeks before State Games.
