ALL GROUPS practice 3:15 - 4:45pm for those that can make it.

 

Makos Night!
High School meet at 6pm.

 

 

Gold & Yellow

5pm - 7pm.

Green 5-6 p.m.

White 5-6:30 p.m.

Gold, Navy & Yellow Dry land 5:30-6 p.m. Pool till 7:30 p.m.

Green 5-6 p.m.

White 6 - 7:30 p.m.

Gold, Navy & Yellow Dry land 4:30 - 5 p.m. Pool till 6:30 p.m.

Gold 10am - 12pm

  

 

 UPCOMING DEADLINES:   

Team T-Shirt orders are being taken at practices until next Thursday, December 10th.  See the attached form for ordering information.

BEWARE!

Jim Scullion Meet, Date: January 16 & 17th
Entry Deadline is December 15th at the end of practice.
This meet is for those swimmers that meet the time qualification standards.  (Swim Times / Top times for Short Course Yards.)

Makos Christmas Meet, Date: December 22nd
Entry Deadline is December 19th at the end of practice.
This meet is for everyone.  It is a fun competition for the team.  It will be followed by a team Christmas party for the swimmers.
