Medford National Little League: Registration Information

We will still need to check documents to confirm eligibility. This should be an extremely brief process.

DOCUMENT CHECK LOCATION:
4409 West Main St. (MNLL Field Board Room)

DOCUMENT REQUIREMENTS:
Registration will require the following for each registered player: Birth certificate 3 different proofs of address dated on or before Feb. 1 of current year (note 3 utility bills count as one proof). We cannot accept copies of envelopes.

Examples of the different acceptable categories:
Drivers License, Voter’s Registration, School records, Welfare/childcare records, Federal records, State Records, Local (municipal) records, Homeowners/tenant records, Utility Bills (gas, electric, phone, mobile phone, heating, waste disposal, water, sewer), Financial records, Insurance documents, Medical records, Military records, Internet, cable or satellite records, Vehicle records Employment records, or Medical Information (Doctor & Dentist Names & Phone Numbers)

COST:
$110 per player except T-Ball $70 per player.
*Early Registration Pricing available thru 2/7/15 for a 20% off discount
*Family Discount for 3 or more players available: 20% total amount

REQUIREMENTS:

 Boys league ages 4 through 16 & Girls league ages 4 through 16. Players must also live within League boundaries in Jackson County (must live within school boundaries for Oak Grove, Jefferson, Washington, Jacksonville, Griffin Creek, Jackson, Howard, Ruch, 97501 part of Wilson Boundary & Applegate - Jackson County address).

Baseball: The child’s League Age is their actual age as of April 30, 2015 for 9 and up and at age as of December 31,2015  Softball: The child’s League Age is their actual age as of December 31, 2014

 FREE EQUIPMENT EXCHANGE:

On Sign-Up Dates we are accepting used baseball/softball equipment (gloves, bats, cleats or pants). Players can take home free used equipment. Please no worn out equipment, ripped pants or used socks/hats/shirts.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED:
If you would like to volunteer as a team manager, coach, umpire, concession supervisor or field maintenance, please complete a volunteer form. You can find these in the handout section on our website or at document collection.

CONCESSION STAND REQUIREMENTS:
Each player will be required to provide 1 volunteer to work 1 approximate 3hr concession shift for the Spring 2015 season. cholarship players will be required to fulfill 2-3 shifts. You will need to sign up for your own shift through Volunteer Spot online. Please click on the concession stand tab for more information and exemptions.

FUNDRAISING SPRING 2015:
The league's fundraiser this season will be to sell $10 discount cards in March/April/May.
Each player will be given the minimum of 10 $10 cards to sell. Of course, we want the players to sell as many as they can over the 10, so there will be some cool prizes! Stay tuned for more information as the season kicks off.
If you would prefer not to participate in this fundraiser of selling discount cards, you can buyout for $100.
You can take care of your buyout option at Document Collection or when the program kicks off for your team.
We will not be hosting a Hit-A-Thon fundraiser this year.
