Miller 2008, NASP Nationals Wednesday, November 5 NEW NASP 2009 Rules changes & Regulations Major change 1) - no practice on Friday night of the competition at Nationals 2) - Only thread knots or heat shrink nock locators will be permitted to be used (1 or 2). Brass nock locators are prohibited. Instructions for tying on a nock locator are available at http://www.nasparchery.com
