Welcome to the Maryland All Stars Elite AAA Youth Hockey Spring Program
The Maryland All Stars Elite AAA Youth Hockey Spring Program is dedicated
and positioned to create an atmosphere that puts teams in situations to play
on the cutting edge of their sport with opportunities to ultimately achieve
excellence.
The teams are comprised of select players born in 1999 through Midget level.
Talented, powerful, committed players from the entire East Coast will join
forces to establish teams and compete in various high end tournaments against
other AA and AAA Teams.These teams will play at a degree of competition
during the spring that will surpass their typical in season play, and challenge
them to participate at their next level.
The players for our teams are hand picked by coaches at various high level
hockey events and players join by invitation only.

MARYLAND ELITE HOCKEY DEVELOPMENT TRAINING PROGRAM
The players will be instructed through innovative drills at full speed to assist in developing your strength, endurance, agility and quickness. Special emphasis will be put on speed training, small area games, puck control, passing and receiving, shot placement and angling.
The curriculum for this intensive program combines power skating, stickhandling/passing/shooting, and mini-games.
Our professional sports trainer takes a hand on approach in training these selected talented players. The emphasis is put on: flexibility and movement skills, speed, agility and quickness for improving reaction time, strength and power development, nutritional and active rest strategies for enhancing recovery, injury prevention, muscle balance training and visual agility training.
The Coaches will hand select the most talented players from each age group and conduct and intense Elite Hockey Development Training Program.
This program will be a very intense training program in a small group setting.
It will consist of 10 weeks of Training on and off the ice.
If you are selected as a Maryland All Star player you will receive:
2 X per week 2 hours of of ice conditioning and training for 10 weeks
1 X on ice practice for 10 weeks
Four paid Tournaments (Lodging, Food and Transportation at the expense of the player)
Every Player will be tested and will have an individualized training plan.
Cost of the entire program as listed above is $ 695.
Off ice training facility will be the Big Vanilla Sports Complex in Arnold
and all on ice activities will take place at the Piney Orchard Ice Arena in Odenton, MD.
