The Eliot South Berwick Wrestling Association (ESBW) was established in 1986 to support the many wrestlers in PreK to Eighth Grade in the communities of Eliot and South Berwick.  The Eliot South Berwick Wrestling program provides a supportive and positive learning environment for the youth involved and values sportsmanship, athleticism, self-esteem and the personal growth of over 80 athletes each year.  ESBW is a registered, 501 c(3) non-profit and is solely run by volunteer coaches and parents.

Starting November 30th Grades 3-8 Monday and Wednesdays  5:00-7:00pm

Starting December 1st Grades 1-2  Tuesday and Thursday  6:00-7:00pm

Starting January 5th  Grades Pre-K and K  Tuesday and Thursday 5:00-6:00pm
