Madison Little League: FAQ's
Any boy or girl ages 4-15 whose parent(s) / guardian(s) reside in Madison Little League’s boundaries --- map on the right side and will be available at registration.
What should I bring?
A parent (preferably both parents) or legal guardian with a current driver’s license and two other proof of residence; An original or state-certified copy of the child’s birth certificate (will be inspected and returned at registration) It’s also helpful to bring an insurance card.
