2010 Season
Baseball and Softball Tryouts
BASEBALL TRYOUTS
Baseball season will soon be upon us. Tryouts are being scheduled for late January to prepare for the upcoming player drafts. For those planning to participate in the Middleton 2010 Baseball Season, this is a required tryout session.
DATE: Baseball Tryouts will be Saturday, January 23, 2010.
LOCATION: Strike One Facility in Danvers on Rte 1.
TIME: BASEBALL PLAYERS will be scheduled by age.
Þ Players AGE 11-12 should arrive as follows:
Þ Last name beginning A-F 11:30 pm
Þ Last name beginning G-L 12:00 pm
Þ Last name beginning M-R 12:30 pm
Þ Last name beginning S-Z 1:00 pm
Þ Players AGE 9-10 should arrive as follows:
Þ Last name beginning A-F 1:30 pm
Þ Last name beginning G-L 2:00 pm
Þ Last name beginning M-R 2:30 pm
Þ Last name beginning S-Z 3:00 pm
NOTE: A players baseball age is their age as of April 30th, 2010. So current 8 year olds that will be 9 by this date should attend.
NOTE: An individual tryout will only last about 10 minutes so please make sure to come for your time sot.
Begin at the registration desk when you arrive. Tryouts do not last long. A player should bring their glove and a bat for hitting. Bats will be provided if needed. If you have not already registered for baseball, please contact Scott Stone at sastone25@comcast.net
SOFTBALL TRYOUTS
Tryouts are scheduled for late January to prepare for the upcoming player drafts. For those planning to participate in the Middleton 2010 Softball Season, this is a required tryout session.
DATE: Softball Tryouts will be Wednesday, January 27, 2010.
LOCATION: Strike One Facility in Danvers on Rte 1.
TIME: SOFTBALL PLAYERS will be scheduled by grade.
- Players Grade 5-6 are scheduled from 6pm-7pm.
- Players Grade 7-8 are scheduled from 7pm-8pm.
Begin at the registration desk when you arrive. Tryouts do not last long. A player should bring their glove and a bat for hitting. Bats will be provided if needed.
