Moreno Valley Diamond Girls Softball Association: Spring 2012 Divisions
Chips is the beginner division. Chips is basically "T" ball. No score keeping. Girls use 10" safety ball.
NUGGETS
Nuggets is the next step up from Chips. Keeping score is a must. No batting with the "T". 10" safety ball is still used. NO coach pitch.
DIV. 1
11" ball. Home plate is open. All ASA rules apply.
DIV. 2
12" ball is used. Home plate is open for stealing. All ASA softball rules apply.
DIV. 3/DIV. 4
12" ball is used. Home plate is open for stealing. All ASA softball rules apply.
