MIDDLE TENNESSEE FOOTBALL LEAGUE, INC. The MTFL was founded in 2001 because we were troubled by the notion that adults can continue participation in nearly every sport on a recreational level except full-contact football. And let's face it...flag football, while fun in its own way, is a poor replacement. We established the MTFL to fill this void and to offer adults the option of playing full-contact football again, or even for the first time. We promote sportsmanship and fun as fundamental parts of our league. Players are expected to conduct themselves in a most respectful manner with regard to other players, coaches, spectators, and officials to aide in this effort. The MTFL can provide your business with a positive medium to expose, promote, and enhance your current marketing plans.
