CODE OF CONDUCT 1. The MRFC will enforce our zero tolerance policy regarding referee abuse and foul or insulting language.
2. The Coach is responsible for the conduct of anyone on their sidelines. This includes players, spectators, parents, coaching staff, and themselves. Players, spectators, parents, and other coaching staff agree to comply with any requests made by the Coach concerning proximity to field, language, etc.
3. Any concerns or issues can be discussed with MRFC or the MRFC Board Members. Complaints or problems should be submitted in writing. Board members and their email addresses are available on the MRFC web site.
4. PARENTS SHOULD NOT COACH NOR INSTRUCT FROM THE SIDELINES. Parents are encouraged to offer supportive remarks to the players. If you disagree with the Coach, please offer suggestions after the game or practice, and apart from the players.
5. Soccer is not just about winning and losing, it's about the development and growth of player and team character.
6. Players are expected to communicate with Coaches regarding attendance at games and practices.
