Merrill Park Baseball League: The Programs
Both the basketball and baseball programs are run using the same basic philosophy. The emphasis is on instruction and the development of skills and knowledge of the game.Players are rated according to age and skill level, then drafted onto teams. This is to ensure equally balanced teams and give all players a chance to develop.
BASKETBALL
Basketball games are played at Avenel Middle School for all divisions except Cub. They are played at School #23. They are played during the week and throughout the day on Saturday. Each division will vary so please visit our schedule section for an idea of times. Please click on locations to get directions and location of each school.
BASEBALL
Baseball games are played at Merrill Park Field 1 thru Field 4 and also on field located on Longhill Avenue and next to Bradlees on St. George Avenue. Games are played during the week and throughout the day on Saturday. Each division will vary so please visit our schedule section for an idea of times and locations.
