Welcome to the website of the Mt. Laurel United "NeXTARS", a U10 Girls Travel team from the Mt. Laurel United Soccer Association (MLU), Mt. Laurel, NJ. The "NeXTARS" took their first steps in travel soccer by playing in the South Jersey Girls Soccer League (SJGSL) during Fall'07 - Spring'08.
Please continue to visit the website periodically for team updates regarding practices and games, team camp, social activities, and other aspects of team management as we get ready for FALL'09 SEASON... Some of the information may have already been relegated from the "Home" page to the "NeXTARS News" page. Our primary objectives are 1) to have FUN, FUN, FUN playing soccer; 2) to get some exercise (no couch potatoes reside here!!!); 3) to develop soccer skills; and 4) to foster in each player the love for the game of soccer.

BEST OF LUCK - LENAPE GIRLS SOCCER!!!!!
Best of luck to Lenape Girls Soccer in their quest for their third consecutive Group IV State Championship today at CNJ. Four 2000 MLU NeXTARS Alumni will be on view on the Lenape squad: Devon B. (back row-left-to-right-first player), Becca M. (middle row-left-to-right-first player), Marissa S. (front row-left-to-right-first player), and Lenape team captain Carly C. (middle row-left-to-right-third player).

MLU COLUMBUS DAY TOURNAMENT
The MLU NeXTARS will be participating in our own club sponsor Columbus Day Tournament during October 10th and 11th. Schedule will be released soon.

MLU "NeXTARS" ISS COORDINATOR
Skyler Lickel is MLU ISS (Improved Soccer Sportmanship) team coordinator for the NeXTARS. She will oversee the coach, parents, and players compliance with the MLU ISS Program and documenting/filing reports of any unsportmanship behavior displayed by any of us or our opponents anywhere in the soccer complex. At this sportsmanship game there can only be one outcome - we must win it for the sake of our players!!!
CANCELLATION OF TRAINING SESSIONS by MLU ACADEMY
Cancellation of Training Sessions by MLU's Coaching Academy will be posted on the MLU's website (click on MLU patch on this page and then follow the training schedule link). Look for the announcement in the scrolling marquee at the top of the web page. A second alternative is to call MLU at 856-778-9549, select option #5) and listen to the message. Cancellations are usually posted by 5:00 PM. Time permitting, the coach will initiate the phone chain.
