General Registration Information
Important Information:
Registration is $95, payment by Cash or Check. NO REFUNDS after registration. You may register for one family only. A copy of the players birth certificate is required for first time players. Ages are based on calendar year as of December 31, 2009.
Dates and times are subject to change. Please visit our website at http:www.eteamz.com/MGAC or call Manoa Valley District Park at 988-0513 to verify dates. MGAC emphasizes fun and fundamental skills. We welcome first time players.
Space is limited and registration is on a first come, first served basis. MGAC reserves the right to determine the maximum number of enrollment and to decline applications once that maximum has been met. Please note that the number of teams for some division levels for some sports may be reduced from previous years. Placement of applicant on await list in no way guarantees that the applicant will be placed on a team. Refunds will be issued for those applicants placed on the waitlist at registration who are not placed on a team. MGAC is not responsible for any registration errors made by or on behalf of an applicant.
MGAC does not accommodate players request for placement with a particular team/coach for any reason(including car pooling), except to place siblings in the same age division on the same team.
ATTENDANCE AT PLACEMENT IS MANDATORY. Players not attending placement may not be placed on a team.

Important Volleyball Dates
**IMPORTANT DATES**
(2010 Season – Nov. 30, 2009 to Feb. 20, 2010)

Sunday, November 8, 2009, between 9:00 am to approximately 12:00 pm.
Report directly to the New Gym and check-in approximately 15 minutes before your division start times.
Minors Division (8 & 9 yr olds): 9:00 am
Juniors Division (10 & 11 yr olds): 9:30 am
Majors Division (12 – 17 yrs olds): 10:00 am
All players should wear non-marking court shoes and kneepads are required for all divisions. Bring any required medications and water bottle. Failure to attend Placement may result in the player NOT being placed on a team. Refunds will be issued only to those who were placed on the Waitlist on Registration day and are not placed on a team.

***Practices and Games***
Practices begin the week of November 30, 2009. Tentative Game Days for each Division are as follows: Minors Division – 1 week night (To Be Determined) & SaturdayJuniors Division – 1 week night (To Be Determined) & SaturdayMajors Division – 1 week night (To Be Determined) & Saturday
Games start on January 2, 2010
