Registration: December 4, 2011 (9:00 -11:00 am)
Placement: Sunday, January 8, 2012
Reporting Times*:
---Majors Division (13-17 year olds): 9:00 am
---Juniors Division (11-12 year olds): 9:30 am
---Minors Division (9-10 year olds): 10:00 am
---Pee Wee Division (7-8 year olds): 10:30 am (knee pads required)
*Check in approximately 15 minutes before your division start time. Report directly to the new gym (Manoa District Park). All players should wear non-marking court shoes. Bring any required medications & a water bottle. FAILURE TO ATTEND PLACEMENT MAY RESULT IN THE PLAYER NOT BEING PLACED ON A TEAM. Refunds will be issued only to those who were placed on the Wait List on Registration Day and are not placed on a team.
Season: February 27, 2012 to May 12, 2012
Games: March 24, 2012 to May 12, 2012
Divisions: Pee Wee-7 & 8 years old (8 ft. basket), Minors – 10 years old & under, Juniors – 12 years old & under, Majors – 17 years old & under.
Important Information:
· Registration is $95, payment by Cash or Check. NO REFUNDS will be given after registration. You may register for one family only. A copy of the player’s birth certificate is required for first time players. Ages are based on calendar year as of December 31, 2011.
· ATTENDANCE AT PLACMENT IS MANDATORY. Players not attending placement may not be placed on a team.
· Dates and times are subject to changes. Please visit our website at http:www.eteamz.com/MGAC or email us at mgac.sports@gmail.com to verify dates. MGAC emphasizes fun and fundamental skills. We welcome first time players.
· Space is limited and registration is on a first come, first served basis. MGAC reserves the right to determine the maximum number of enrollment and to decline applications once that maximum has been met. Please note that the number of teams for some division levels for some sports may be reduced from previous years. Placement of applicant on a wait list in no way guarantees that the applicant will be placed on a team. Refunds will be issued for those applicants placed on the wait list at registration who are not placed on a team. MGAC is not responsible for any registration errors made by or on behalf of an applicant.
· MGAC does not accommodate player’s request for placement with a particular team/coach for any reason(including car pooling), except to place siblings in the same age division on the same team.
