Board Members in Attendance:   Jon Davis, Brooke Frech, Kelly Chabin, Brian Gehris, Kevin Angstadt, Tom Goldschmidt, Wayne Dotterer, Craig Scheetz

Treasurer - Brian Gehris     $19,174 in checking

                                           $5,000 in CD

                                           $1,000 in savings

                    Some small expenditures yet to be cut, but we are in much better shape this year than last due to less capital expenditures.  

T-Ball-  Brooke Frech-  10 teams this year and everything went great.  Getting prepared for All-Star game this Saturday

Instructional- Craig Sheetz-  120 registrations this season.  Kids will be reporting at 8:30am for their all-star game to start.  Ken Grill was $2,400 ahead of last year with profitability.  Possibility of Mite/Midget year end party in 2010.

Mites-Kevin Angstadt-  Reminder for all coaches to hand in evaluations for next years drafts

Midgets- Craig-   Draft was very successful this year.  A very competitive season for all.

 Umps-  No Kevin Hohl 

VP Seniors-  No Chris Golden

Equipment- Wayne Dotterer-  Equipment turn in will be next Monday and Wednesday between 5-7pm  Division VP’s must email coaches.

VP Volunteers- Tom Goldschmidt- Volunteerism was outstanding this year.  Everything went well.

VP Volunteers Seniors-Kelly Chabin-  Needs help for All-Star Weekend

VP Maintainance-George Liepens- Wet fields due to weather, have used quite a bit of field dry with more coming on Tuesday.
