Registration for 2012 Spring Baseball

Registration Fees and Requirements

Players must reside in or attend school in the Governor Mifflin School District

Players generally will not be granted permission to "play up" in the Tee Ball and Instructional Divisions

All first year or "new" MAYBA players must provide a copy of their BIRTH CERTIFICATE
-
Proper HEALTH INSURANCE COVERAGE is required

Payment can be made via CHECK OR VISA/MC

Registration fees include a $20 fundraiser (except Senior), which will be determined in the upcoming weeks.

After Feb. 29th, all registrations will be assessed a $25.00 late fee and will be on-line only

REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE ON MARCH 10TH
GRADE/AGE BRACKET ELIGIBILITY AND FEES:

Parking Restrictions:
Kenhorst:
Parents: Please do not park in the caldesac (turn around) at the end of the block overlooking the Kenhorst playground. The neighbors have called police and had cars ticketed. Just an FYI. Please use the playground parking lot.
Mohnton:
Parents: Please do not park in the small pullout off the main street overlooking the Mohnton Fields #1 and #2. We have had police come and ticket vehicles on this lot in the past. This is a private lot. Please use the playground parking lot for Mohnton #1 and the ice rink lot for Mohnton #2.
Also- Please do not park in the picnic grove area. If there are no parking spaces available in the big lot, please move to the other end of the park, next to Mohnton #2, near the ice skating rink. Thanks. The picnic grove parking is reserved for renters and Bingo patrons.
