2005 Tournament Results 7/23-29
The MATBL swept the top 3 spots in the CABA OpenW orld Series at St. Clair Shores. The NFWB Cobras won the tournament by defeating the Livonia Lookouts 13-8 in the finals. The South Farmington Blues finished 3rd.

The Concealed Chargers "played up" and finished 2nd in the 15u Open Division of the CABA World Series.

The Genesee County Mustangswon the Gonzoball tournament in Grand Rapids. They beat the West Michigan Storm 12-11 in the finals.


2005 Tournament Results 7/15-17
The MidState Dirt Dawgs were champions of the GLTB Grand Slam Luau at Founders Park this past weekend. The Dirt Dawgs defeated the S. Farmington Blues 5-3 in 8 innings in the semi-final game and Evergreen Park Yellow Jackets (Chicago, IL) 6-1 in the finals.

2005 Tournament Results 7-22/24
The Genesee County Mustangs 14U won the Bridgeport Invitational Tournament

2005 Tournament Results 7/9-11
The Concealed Chargers won the AABC Tournament in Battle Creek. The Mid State Dirt Dawgs finished 2nd.

Riverside Royals won the Michigan Wolves Invitational with an extra inning victory over the Livonia Lookouts.

The Michigan Hitmen finished 2nd at the Mayors Invitational in Battle Creek.


2005 Tournament Results 7/1-4
The Concealed Security Chargers won the Firecracker Invitational with a 13-5 win over Fraiser Baseball Club. The chargers went 6-0 during the weekend.

The Novi Heat finished 2nd at the Sylvania Mavericks 4th of July Tournament going 5-1 for the weekend.


2005 Tournament Results 6/24-25
CONGRATULATIONS AMERICAN EAGLES - USSSA 14U STATE CHAMPS!!!

The American Eagles beat Midland Baseball 10-4 in the finals of the USSSA State Tournament. Three of the final four teams in the tournament were from the MATBL. The Eagles got by the Oakland County Bandits in the semi finals. Midland beat the South Farmington Blues in the other semi.�Five of the 8 quarterfinalists were MATBL teams. 2005 Tournament Results 6/18-19
Four More Tournament Championships!

The Concealed Security Chargers won the Concealed Security Invitational beating the Midland Tomahawks from Illinois in the finals.

The Livingston Storm won 5 straight games to win the USSSA Lakeshore Invitational in Holland, MI. The Storm defeated the Diamonds baseball team from Grand Rapids in the championship game, by the score of 4 to 2. The Storm out scored opponents 63 to 8 in the tournament.

The South Farmington Blues won the Blues Invitational with a 6-4 come from behind win in the finals against the Downriver Cyclones. The Blues won 4 straight games in the tournament.

The Mid-State Dirt Dawgs won the championship of the Lansing Triple Crown 14U Tournament. The Michigan Hitmen finished 2nd.

2005 Tournament Results 6/10-12
Livingston Storm Wins USSSA Cereal City Classic NIT!
The Livingston Storm defeated the Chicago Cobras (IL) by the score of 8-1 in the championship game. After starting the tournament with a 7-7 tie against the Mid-Michigan Tigers, the Storm out-scored their four remaining opponents by the score of 34-2, to go 4-0-1 for the tournament. The Storm defeated the Diamond Stars (OH) 9-1 and MATBL rival American Eagles 9-0 to win their pool. In the semi-finals, the Storm defeated the West Michigan Heat by the score of 8-0.

Cobras Win Caba State Championship!
The NFWB Cobras 14U won the CABA State Championship held in St. Clair Shores this past weekend. The Cobras who went 5 - 0 during the tournament, defeated the Michigan Mavericks from Imlay City 7 - 2 in the finals.




2005 Tournament Results 6/3-5
3 More Championships!

The Concealed Security Chargers have won the Battle of the Big Boys defeating the Schaumburg Seminoles 15-7.

In an all MATBL final the Oakland County Bandits defeated the Livingston Storm 3-0 in the finals of the Ivor James Memorial Tournament in Riverview.

In another all MATBL final, the Mid-State Dirt Dawgs beat the NFWB Cobras 6-5 to win the NFWB Summer Classic. The Northville Broncos and Michigan Hitmen finished 3rd.

Novi Heat Finish 2nd in the Great Lakes Shootout in Farmington
The 9U Novi Heat outscored their opponents 49-16 before falling to the Diamond Dawgs from Pittsburgh in the Championship Game.

Livingston Storm Win USSSA Cannonsburg Invitational
The 9u Livingston Storm banged out 10 hits in the Championship game to defeat the Grand Rapids Flames 14-4 to win the Cannonsburg Invitational in Grand Rapids, MI.

2005 Tournament Results 5/14 - 15
MATBL Takes 2 More Tournament Titles!

The Oakland County Bandits beat the South Farmington Blues (another all MATBL final!)for the championship of the Midwest IBC Early Bird Classic in Wixom. With the score tied 4-4 after 5 innings, the Bandits broke loose for 5 in the 6th and 4 more in the 7th to take the title.

The Concealed Security Chargers won the Concealed Invitational beating the Niles Vikings 13-2 in the finals.


2005 Tournament Results 5/21-22
Bandits Win 3rd Straight Tournament!
The Oakland County Bandits captured the Great Lakes Shootout with a 12-0 win against the Pittsburgh Diamond Dawgs.

Cobras Take BPA NIT
It was an all MATBL finals, as the NFWB Cobras defeated the Bloomfield Sting 5 - 4 to win the 14U BPA NIT Tournament this weekend in Allen Park. The Cobras went undefeated during the tournament with strong pitching, solid defensive play and timely hitting through out.

Riverside Royals Win Mid May Classic
Add another Tournament win under the banner of the MATBL for the 14&U teams. The Riverside Royals defeated Anchor Bay 4-1 in the finals of the Mid May Classic held this past weekend in Southgate, Mi.



2005 Tournament Results 5/7 & 8

ONE WEEKEND - 3 TITLES!
All MATBL finals! The Concealed Chargers beat the Livingston Storm 14-4 in the finals of the Concealed Tournament at Steppingstone Park. The Novi Heat finished in 3rd place.

Another all MATBL finals! The Livonia Lookouts beat the Northville Broncos 15-13�in the finals of the Northville Early - Bird Tournament at Northville Community Park. The NFWB Cobras finished 3rd.

And another all MATBL final! The Oakland County Bandits won the GLTB Cinco de Mayo Invitational in Southgate with a walk-off home run in the championship game against the Mid State Dirt Dawgs (13/14 MATBL). The Michigan Hitmen finished 3rd.�

NFWB Cobras Win Howell Hawks Invitational
Congratulations to the NFWB Cobras 9u for going 5-0 and winning the Howell Hawks Invitational. The Cobras beat the Howell Highlanders 10u team to win the championship.

2005 Tournament Results 4/29-5/1
It's the MATBL in a Sweep!!

The Concealed Chargers took the Championship of the USSSA Cinco de Mayo tournament in Canton. There were 4 MATBL teams in the 18 team field and all four made it to the semi-finals (Northville Broncos, Oakland County?Bandits, Concealed Chargers, & Livingston Storm). The only MATBL losses came against one another as the Concealed Chargers defeated the Livinston Storm by a score of 9-4 to take the championship.

2005 Tournament Results 4-16/17
Livingston Storm; USSSA-IL Spring Classic Champions!

The Storm won the USSSA-IL Spring Classic in Bourbonnais, IL, winning the championship game 12-2 over the Central Indiana Kings. The Storm went 4-0 in the ten team tournament, which included teams from Iowa, Illinois, Indiana and Michigan.


2005 Tournament Results 4/9-4/10
The Livingston Storm opened the 2005 season as runner-ups at Mason Dixon Meltdown,winning 3 of 4 games, losing championship game to Westerville North Warriors (OH), 1-0.
