The MACVC is a men's collegiate club volleyball conference operating in the Mid-Atlantic region. Information on the 2009-2010 season will be posted on this web site. The men's collegiate club volleyball season runs from September of each fall culminating with the MACVC and NCVF championships held in March/April of each spring.

Saturday, December 19
We are still looking for a host for our 2010 championships on March 27th. If you only have 2 or 3 courts in one building you can bid for championships. The MACVC would like to have the host & final format, including any team selection modifications selected by end of January 2010!
Also, in the handouts section the by-laws have been updated to reflect discussions, voting from the annual meeting. This information is also reference in the meeting minutes.
Saturday, December 5
February 20th - Shippensburg University. $125 entry fee. Contact Gary West for information.
March 13th - Harrisburg Area Community College (HACC). $150, contact Dan Mickle for information. [Note the date change from March 6th]

The handout below contains the 2010 meeting minutes/summary. Please note the alignments. If there are any questions please contact us. All documents have been updated on the MACVC website, if you find an old document/link please let us know so we can update/fix. Some key points for the meeting:
1) Teams can begin scheduling at any time. Check out the modified 2010 Alignments/Divisions
2) Send in your schedules to the MACVC as matches are agreed upon
3) Contact Bill &/or Larry for officials - AND review new USAV rule changes for 2010
4) Spring tournament dates are being accepted for posting to the website
5) Proposals to host championships on March 27th are being accepted and will be voted on in December via e-mail
6) Reminder that dues/waiver forms are due to the MACVC by Dec 1, 2009.
7) The interdivisional requirement has been reduced to 2 contests outside your division.

Look for updates on the 2009-2010 season. Reminder to enter your MACVC contact information to the NCVF directory. A few key reminders:
1) Spring tournament dates can be sent for posting at anytime.
2) League dues & waiver release forms were due Dec 1st! E-mails have been sent to those who's information was not received.
3) Teams wishing to host 2010 championships are to contact the MACVC ASAP.
4) Teams should start to schedule when they have available gym dates.

The NCVF has partnered with USA Volleyball to host the Collegiate Club Championship Tournament in Louisville. The dates for the event are April 1-3, 2010. Stay tuned for more information. If you have any specific questions please contact the MACVC.
