History of OVVC
Ohio Valley Volleyball Center officially opened its door on July 31, 1993. Built specifically for the sport of volleyball, the facility housed four courts over 25,676 square feet.
In the fall of 1994, an 8500 square foot building was erected adjacent to the original and connected by an enclosed breezeway. In addition to the two volleyball courts, basketball goals were included for youth leagues.
A weight training room was opened in February 2000. This room features a variety of hammer strength equipment. Membership is available to this facility. Contact Ron Kordes: ronkordes@ovvc.com
OVVC is essentially open year round seven days a week, the exception being most holidays and weekends during the summer. We invite you to stop in and visit our facility at any time.

US Basketball Academy
The Basketball Academy is one of the country’s premier basketball facilities, tournament centers, and sports training complexes. The Basketball Academy is the home of Ultimate Sports Basketball Academy (USBA).
Giving recreational and AAU basketball coaches, league coordinators, and players of all ages the ultimate basketball experience, the Basketball Academy features five professionally equipped hardwood basketball courts, a veteran management staff and top-notch, on-court officiating to help you take your game to the next level.
Well situated to serve Metro Louisville, Southern Indiana, and Central Kentucky, the Basketball Academy's location just off Exit 30 on the Snyder Freeway (I-265) provides convenient access from I-71, I-64, I-65 and the Watterson Expressway (I-264).
