Loudoun South Little League: Welcome
Notice of Annual Meeting and Election of Board of Directors
The Annual Meeting of Loudoun South Little League will be held Thursday, October 28 at 7:00pm at the Dulles South Public Safety Center on Loudoun County Parkway in South Riding.
At the Annual Meeting, President Mike Stopper will be presenting his State of the League Message to the Members of the league, a new Constitution will be ratified, and the next Board of Directors will be elected.
Our Constitution defines the Members of Loudoun South Little League as all adult Managers, Umpires, and Committee volunteers from the Spring and Fall seasons, as well as the current Board of Directors. Only Members can be elected to the Board of Directors; however, there are provisions for non-members to petition the Board of Directors to become a member before the Annual Meeting. If you'd like to submit such a petition, please send an email to President Mike Stopper at lsll.president@gmail.com to let him know your intentions. All such petitions will be voted on by the Board of Directors at the Annual Meeting.
All Board of Directors positions are up for re-election each year. Members do not run for a specific position, rather, they run for a spot on the Board and the newly-elected Board memebers themselves elect each Officer from among their ranks. LSLL is an all-volunteer organization, and we're always on the lookout for interested adults who share our passion and committment to serve the youth of southern Loudoun County. If you're interested in volunteering your time and energy to help run Loudoun South Little League, please consider running for the Board of Directors. A Nomination Form can be downloaded from here and should be submitted by October 14, 2010.

- Week of Nov 1: Last games (Intermediate, Advanced, 50/70)
- Nov 6: Last games (Tball and Rookie)

Loudoun South Little League is a non-profit organization [IRS 501(c)(3)] and that all donations made to LSLL are 100% tax deductible! As end-of-year approaches, if you're looking to make additional charitable contributions, please think of donating to LSLL.
Registration fees, equipment fees, etc., unfortunately do not count as part of a tax-deductible donation.
