Diamond Sports Training is a 30,000 square foot indoor baseball and softball training facility located in Sterling, VA. The mission of DST is:
To promote the passion for baseball and softball by providing a training environment where athletes can reach their highest potential.
In order to accomplish its mission, DST has assembled a group of top instructors in a facility like no other in the immediate vicinity. The Warehouse is turfed and has one 24 x 60, one 24 x 70, and four 30 x 75 sectioned tunnels with each being able to accommodate a full team.
