Here are the handouts for two local Summer Select teams with information on the Fall tryouts.

WMS tryout is on November 15th from 4 to 7 PM at Sportsworld in Windsor, CT

NED has two dates - you can attend either session:
   1) October 25th from 4 to 5:30 PM at WNEC
   2) October 28th from 6 to 7:30 PM at Sportsworld in Windsor, CT

GAME SCHEDULE 2009

Coaches:
Park & Rec is implementing a new cross-sport CORI check process which will eliminate the need for the current sport-specific CORI checks. The CORI checks will be valid for three years and will be managed by Bari Thomas, Director of the Parks/Rec Dept.

Please complete the attached form and make a copy of your license (scanned or photocopied) and submit to Bari Thomas at the Park & Rec Dept at the Community House or send via e-mail to: bthomas@longmeadow.org.   You will need to have submitted your CORI application prior to coaching your team.
