5th through 8th Graders - Interested in playing competitive lax next summer? The two local "Select" teams are holding tryouts this Fall:
New England Development (NED): Oct 25th from 4-5:30 PM at WNEC or Wed Oct 28th from 6 to 7:30 PM at Sportsworld in Windsor, CT
Western Mass Select (WMS): Nov 15th from 4 to 7 PM at Sportsworld in Windsor

Coaches - We'll be hosting a U.S. Lax Level 1 coaching clinic on Saturday, October 24th at the Longmeadow High School. We're excited to be hosting a US Lacrosse Level 1 Clinic on October 24th at the Longmeadow High School. The training clinic runs from 9 to 4. Typically the sessions are held in the Boston area so this will be the first one in Western Mass for girls lax. This will be the one chance to take the class in the area. We encourage all our coaches who have not had the chance to take this class to attend.
The session will be taught by one of US Lax's top coach trainers and will include mix of class room and live drill practice "hands-on" sessions. It provides a great foundation of both Girls Lax coaching as well as general coaching philosophy. The fee for the class is $65 for US Lax members. If you're not a US Lax member, then you can sign up for higher fee to cover insurance.
